The bride's arrival at the church is supposed to turn heads, but Daryl Crago reckons his car sometimes steals the limelight.

The 1973 Cadillac Eldorado is a white-hot stunner with its sleek and classic lines.

Mr Crago, an experienced driver, hires the spiffy vehicle through his business All Suburbs Car Hire.

He said his Cadillac was not only a beautiful car, but also a dream ride.

``It's the top of the range and it's like travelling on a cloud because you don't feel a bump and there are no jolts of gear changes," he said.

The white exterior buffed and polished to a gleam for the day is complemented by maroon leather trimmed upholstery.

``My job is to get the bride and groom to their destinations safely and in comfort, which I really enjoy," Mr Crago said.

Mr Crago can provide the entourage with an award-winning maroon 1955 Chevrolet.

``This is also a beautiful car which has been re-built from the chassis up," he said.

``I don't understand why some couples want a white car fleet because it can detract from the bride's position in the wedding.

``The Chev complements the Cadillac without outshining it."
